Everforth ECS is seeking a DoDIN Services Manager - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of DoDIN-connected services to support ARNG mission and enterprise operations.
- Ensure continuous service availability and infrastructure sustainment across all supported enclaves.
- Integrate network transport and maintain boundary compliance to meet operational directives.
- Establish and enforce governance for change management and service continuity.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and network engineering teams to ensure compliance with DISA, DoD, and ARNG directives.
- Provide comprehensive operational reporting and risk assessments to Government stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance and manage operational risks to sustain readiness and resilience.
- Direct response strategies for outages and configuration control to support uninterrupted mission operations.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 441-Network Operations Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP , CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Extensive experience in enterprise network operations within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise services and infrastructure sustainment.
- Experience in coordinating with cybersecurity and network operations teams.
- Ability to establish and manage governance frameworks for service delivery and continuity.
