Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, works together, and acts with integrity every day.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a corporate office location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support lobby and entry procedures in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Support daily operations by communicating clearly with employees and guests, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
